Tim Ruberg

I am a PhD student in the Department of Economics at the University of Hohenheim. In 2019, I have received my MSC from the University of Hohenheim and my Master thesis was awarded as the best thesis from the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Social Sciences from the Universitätsbund Hohenheim e.V.

I have also completed research stays at Keio University in 2019 and 2022, at the University of Tokyo in 2023, the University of Sydney and the Australian National University in 2024, and a semester abroad at Saitama University in 2017/18.

My research interests are Applied Microeconometrics, Policy Evaluation, Economics of Education, Intergenerational Mobility, Early Childhood Education, and Public Economics.
